We have really enjoyed meeting our Food Partners over the past few months.
Our Food Partners are the producers and growers with whom we’ll be working closely to make sure every plate in House of Plates is full of delicious, seasonal food, grown locally wherever possible.
We’ve travelled the county – tasting, sampling, and learning so much from these fantastic suppliers, who are all just as passionate as we are about producing incredible food and keeping things local!
Some of our food partners include Velvet Cloud, sheeps milk yogurt producers in Rockfield, Claremorris; De Burcas Artisan Butchers on Main Street, Castlebar; Joe Kelly, a vegetable grower in Kiltimagh, Co Mayo; and Calveys Achill Mountain Lamb.
We will be posted alot more about our Food Partners over the coming weeks and featuring them on our website too.
